CommNet2 is proud to sponsor/co-organise this workshop on THz Electronics with an excellent programme of speakers and forums to discuss current and future trends, and to foster new collaborations.
The Terahertz (THz) Electronics Workshop welcomes scientists and engineers from around Europe to get together and share their latest work on THz electronics technologies. The focus of the workshop will be on resonant tunnelling diode (RTD) technologies but it will also cover a wide range of other solid-state THz electronics technologies.
Confirmed key speakers to the workshop include Prof. Elliott R. Brown from Wright State University, USA, Prof. Imran Mehdi from JPL-NASA, USA, Prof. Masahiro Asada from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan and Prof. Tadao Nagatsuma from Osaka University, Japan. The workshop will feature forums to discuss current and future trends in THz electronics and applications, and will serve as an opportunity to develop new collaborations across academia and industry.
Industry will be present at an accompanying exhibition that will feature a live demonstration of 300 GHz wireless links with >10 Gbps based on RTD technology developed at the University of Glasgow on the Horizon 2020 EU iBROW project.
There is limited space for posters , so if you would like to present a poster please get in touch with the workshop organisers as soon as possible.
